Dammit~ I'm so bummed about this! haha.. My friend told me about this last year. I was suppose to submit one of my videos~ but of course.. I kept lagging it and eventually forgot about it. Now it's a movie! haha.. oh well~ I bet my video wouldn't have been picked anyway, since there were so many submissions. gahhh.. still bummed over it.

FOOD+LAB
Had brunch at this cute little place with Lorenz last week. Their food+drinks were pretty good, but I hated how they were out of almost everything I wanted to order. I wanted a Belgian waffle, but they were out of waffles. I wanted a nutella & mascarpone sugar brioche, but they were out of bread. Haha.. It was all okay though, cuz the other stuff I ended up ordering were really good.

Stuff in my bag ~ *deep breath* .. Miracle fish fortune teller, iphone, heart ring, keys, pens & pencils, sunglasses, wallet, coins, canon lens, lip stain, lipstick, chapstick, hand sanitizer, and bobby pins. I stumbled upon this flickr account ~ which inspired me to take this picture. Mad Men
I started watching Mad Men yesterday when it came out on instant queue on Netflix. I watched my second episode today... and I don't know. I just can't get into it. I wish I liked it, cuz I like the clothes, the decor, and the whole 1960's style. The only thing it's making me wanna do is start smoking. haha .. Maybe I need to watch a few more episodes.
Orla Kiely AW11 Lookbook video
I was watching this lookbook video and I was thinking that one of the girls looked familiar. When the ending credits rolled in I saw the name Granger Green. Right when I saw that I couldn't stop laughing in my head. Her and her family are regular customers at my work! The name Granger is just so funny to me, because I will never forget talking to her about her name. It's a pseudonym~ and I remember having a hard time depositing her check when I first got hired cuz her name didn't match. She's the girl with the short blonde bob wearing the cute black dress with white dots. haha.. I'm totally gonna mention this video to her when I see her again.
Ruby's Diner
There was traffic on the 5~ so Lorenz and I stopped by Citadel to eat and go shopping. I was kind of disappointed with the H&M there.. I thought it was gonna be like a discounted outlet.. but nope! It was just a regular H&M. haha.. We stopped by the American Apparel outlet and I bought 2 cropped t-shirts. Then we had an early dinner at Ruby's Diner. The uniforms the girls were wearing at that diner were so cute.

OK, I'M BACK
haha. ok.. so BLOG WISE, Tumblr isn't really working out for me. I love using it to reblog and collect pictures and stuff ... but it just doesn't feel right blogging on it for some reason. I don't know why, but it makes my posts feel impersonal. I feel like I have to post something that's worth reblogging. Anyways, I think I'm just gonna keep tumblr for collecting stuff I like and blogspot for blogging.
Ok.. soooo.. My cousin, Hannah, arrived from Philippines last week! We've been taking her out.. like you know.. the LA stuff.. hiking, eating, shopping, observatory.. etc. Here's a pic of my cousins Kristine and Hannah with Einstein at the Griffith Observatory.
