One Sunday I ate at Pitfire Pizza with Lorenz. This cute bird sat next to us on the table!! Hehe, I just had to take a picture of it... & I really love this shot!! ^___^ I really love their Burrata Pie and their organic vegetables!! O_O Just thinking about their food makes me salivate. Lorenz and I also tried the Pitfire Pizza in Little Tokyo. Although it's the same company~ the whole setting and ambience of the place just wasn't the same as the one in Noho. The atmosphere of the Pitfire in Noho was a lot more laid back, casual-cool, and hip. I really love their outdoor seating there.

It was my friend Michelle's bday couple days ago. Lol, I'm late on this post ~ but watevers... at least I'm posting something about it. x____x hehe.. Gina, Maricris, and I surprised Michelle in her bedroom with the help of her sister Mina! lol ~ I caught it on video, but I didn't get Michelle's face! UGHH.. Her reaction was priceless... I wish I could've been holding the camera on my hand instead! UGHH.. I'm so mad about that!

Gina and I made Michelle a delicious and cute robot cake!! We called it "MisoBot" ~ lol.. cuz Michelle's nickname was Miso when we were in high school. I was about to post the whole process of making the cake, but I'm just way too lazy to upload all the pics. haha.. they are already up on my facebook anyway.

I freakin love Zappos. They have such great customer service! First of all, they don't charge sales tax and shipping is free both ways. They have a large inventory & have a 365 day return policy. Just when I thought all hope was gone for my Hunter boots ~ Zappos saved the day. haha ... My mom loved my Hunter boots so much that she wanted me to order one for her as well. Lol (ughh, my mom in Hunter boots.. that just takes out the coolness of these rain boots. lol jk) X_X Anyways, I ordered another pair for her and then I got an email from Zappos saying:

hunting for rain boots

My goodness. Yesterday I felt like I traveled the world looking for Hunter rain boots. I went to Nordstroms in Glendale ~ and they didn't have the plain black color I wanted. The worker there searched if other Nordstroms had them in stock~ they did, but unfortunately none of them in California. -__- I also called Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Ai Wish. When I called this place called Jigsaw London the girl on the phone apologized for laughing, because she said so many people have been calling about Hunter rain boots and they sold out a long time ago. X_X I didn't want to order them online cuz of shipping and crap ~ but then I remembered Zappos! Hehe.. Zappos had them in stock and they offered free shipping and no sales tax! I asked my dad for his credit card cuz he owes me a birthday present. hehe !! Yay!! I can't wait to get my Hunter rain boots! ...but dammit .. I'm probably not going to get them till like next week when it STOPS raining. x_x oh poo... I'll still wear them! It always rains on my birthday too!

Ok... this is going to be a random post. Haha~ I'm trying to study while I'm blogging this.. so I just need a small break right now. Lorenz's dad makes me laugh so much when he tells his dog Hogi to finish his food. Filipino fobs (like me..haha) pronounce "F' (eff) sounds as "P" (pah) sounds. ..So.. when Lorenz's dad says, "Hogi, finish your food.." .. it sounds like, "Hogi, Penis your pood!" HAHA. -_____-

Lorenz got me the Canon Rebel T1i for Christmas! X_X.. I love this camera so much! Argh.. I'm kinda mad at Lorenz for getting it though~ cuz I know it was so expensive! I want him to save his money for other stuff ~ like school and stuff he really needs. TT_TT .. Anyways.. this camera is amazing! I just wanted a simple camera that records using a lens system and it's perfect for it! Here's a video of test shots I took with the camera!~
